Bank Trust auctions Atakaitsement plant, starting price 3.6 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Aug 9 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Bank Trust, the non-core asset bank, has auctioned 450,000 tonne concrete plant Atakaitsement at a starting price at 3.6 billion rubles, the bank said Tuesday.

The auction will be public, bids will be accepted until September 17.

The plant has an about 10% market share in the Krasnodar Region and is one of the largest concrete producers in the south.

Bank Trust put Atakaitsement for an auction in October with a starting price of 4.39 billion rubles, but the Federal Antimonopoly Service turned down the applications of the winners, Aktualnye Investitsii and Novoroscement.
